Signing up for any of these courses is a big decision and shows you are committed to doing what it takes to get to the next level. My biggest hope for you is to grow as a photographer, learn what it is you want to do with this new/old skill, and develop your skills into professional skills. I want to show you a different approach to capturing images and how to give feeling to your photos. I hope after this course you can walk away and feel prepared to start/continue your photography business or hobby.
I have done my best to break down this process by chapters, then by weeks. I want you to really give your best work here. This is the only way you will see improvement and be ready for the next steps in you photography journey.
The flow of this course will look like this: Week 1, watch the video, do the worksheet/assignment and report to me with your progress, then we will have a one-on-one phone chat. Then you will start Week 2, watch the video, do the worksheet/assignment and report to me your progress...phone chat. And so on.
You have the options to buy the courses one at a time or all 4 at once (EVENTUALLY). I have designed this course to not rush or add too much to your plate each week. However, if you have the time, you can complete your week's assignment sooner than a week, then move on to the next week.

Course 1: Manual Mode and Composition/Posing
(for family, maternity, newborn, and senior/tween photography)
Are you just starting out with this whole photography business thing? Do you have a nice camera that just sits in the closet because you are not quite sure how to use it? Do you pull out your nice SLR camera, but only use it in AUTO mode? Maybe you don't even have a camera yet. Well, I am so glad you are here! We are going to start talking about some camera basics and how to compose a great photo, then move onto posing. Also, have you ever taken a photo you were so proud of, but wasn't really sure what it was that made you like it so much? I am hoping through this course, you will learn the basic ways to set up your photos and then tweak them from there to find your style. Being able to recreate photos you love, every time is going to be a huge game changer! You will gain confidence in what you do and people will notice your photography.
Course 2: Natural Light
Knowing how to find the good light is going to really up your game in the photography world. You will start going about your photos with intention and a plan instead of hoping it will look nice. Don't get me wrong, this takes a lot of practice. I will say it is going to be so much easier and helpful though to have this knowledge and teachings about natural light, rather than spending months or even years with complete trial and error.
Course 3: Editing, Saving and Photo Delivery
How I use Lightroom and Photoshop. This is not a full tutorial of all these two programs have to offer. I walk you through the features I use from both when I edit and save photos. You will need access to at least Lightroom for this course. Even though I like to keep a realistic look to my photos, I am all about enhancing my photos and giving them a little pop. This part of my photography is very important to me because it is a part of my brand as a photographer. I am happy to teach you and share with you my entire process. Over time and with the knowledge I give, you will develop what your own brand is.

If you are starting at the beginning and know you are going to buy each course anyway, save money and buy the entire course as a bundle. The course is the combination of Courses 1, 2, 3 and 4. This is provided for those who are ready to jump in and complete things top to bottom and want to get the most bang for their buck. All my courses are geared towards the family photographer. You can definitely apply much of the things you learn here to all types of photography.
