You will receive a viewing gallery of around 50 images, where you can choose your portraits with an option to order prints. You can share this with family and friends. Your gallery will be ready in 2-4 weeks after the session along with downloading and printing instructions.

Images from your session may be posted on this site or social media platforms by Brindy Ruby Photography. If you prefer I do not post your images, please let me know and I will gladly honor your request. I reserve the right to use your portraits in any of my marketing or advertising. By scheduling a session with me, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. While you receive images through digital download, I maintain the copyright to those images.

Newborn session are usually done in the comfort of your home. If it is warm and nice out, I would be up for an outdoor newborn session.

I also offer Fresh 48 sessions, which are done while you are still at the hospital with your newborn. It is called Fresh 48, because the newborn is usually around only 2 days old.

When I mention lifestyle sessions, I am talking about sessions that are naturally posed. Lots of times the people in them are not looking at the camera. Sometimes this means the photos will be taken in the space you live in; your home. Examples of lifestyle photos are, family piled on parent’s bed, baby being snuggled as parent is looking out the window, everyone playing in the backyard, kids dancing with parents, etc. My goal with lifestyle photos is to capture everyday life and meaningful family connections.

If you have to reschedule your session, no problem. Life happens. However, I ask that you give me at least a days notice or you may have to pay another deposit. It really depends on the situation. This hasn't normally been a problem. I think you will find I am pretty flexible and happy to work with you to schedule the best date and time. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

You do not. I want you to have the flexibility to order what you want and when you want it. I will have a store attached to your gallery where you can order prints. Or once you download your photos, you can bring them to any lab of your choosing. I do highly recommend you order them through the lab attached to your gallery. It is high quality and they do great work.

I would say at least half of the people I photograph will tell me at the beginning of a session how uncomfortable they feel getting pictures taken. 100 percent of them get their pictures back and love the results. I guide my clients through poses to give natural looking photos. There is no need to worry. We are going to have a fun session and get the pictures you want!

As of now, I am not taking any business headshot sessions or weddings. During a session I am happy to snap a couple headshots/ an individual of each parent if you are needing one. :)
